On the Road in Ireland
First Stop: Dublin

Next Stop: Galway
Sense of Place
Next Stop: Doolin
When you head to the Cliffs of Moher, you’re coming for one of two things: the staggering height of the rock face, and the stunning views from the top. Soaring to 214m, the striated stone reaches its long fingers southward to counties Cork and Kerry beyond, and from O’Brien’s Tower those with a keen eye may even be able to spot the Aran Islands to the north.
The Atlantic Coast
Next Stop: Killarney
Killarney is a buzzing hub of visitors from all over the world, but it’s not all about shamrock and shillelaghs (a traditional wooden walking stick). This is a place where you can order boxty – a traditional Irish potato pancake – or bruschetta in the same restaurant. You can clap your way through an Irish-American cabaret, or tune into local footballing hero, Paul Galvin, spinning hip-hop and grime on Radio Kerry
Jewel of Kerry
Final Stop: Cork
Pleasantly compact, friendly and with a wry sense of humor, Cork does things its own way, which makes a break here feel totally unique. Enjoy a gig in a beautiful converted church, explore an eerie 19th century jail and go on a whirlwind tour of traditional tastes at the food mecca of the English Market.
